Intel, on Wednesday, launched its most advanced AI-driven commercial PC processors at Mobile World Congress (MWC) 2025 in Barcelona. This includes the Intel Core Ultra (Series 2) lineup, which includes the 200U, 200H, 200HX, 200S, and 200V series. These processors are said to bring improved compute performance, power efficiency, connectivity, security, and manageability across desktops and mobile devices. Intel says the Core Ultra 7 265H offers significant performance gains over older models, delivering 2.84x higher multicore performance in Cinebench 2024 and nearly 2x faster video editing speeds in Procyon tests. Enhanced Security & IT Management with Intel vPro The Intel vPro platform continues to set the standard for business security and fleet management, now with the Intel vPro Fleet Services SaaS solution. This cloud-based service simplifies remote fleet management, reducing activation steps from 24 to just six and eliminating the need for on-premises servers. It is currently in private preview and will be integrated into Microsoft Intune soon. Additionally, Intel remains the only silicon provider with hardware security validated against the MITRE ATT&CK framework, ensuring robust defense against cyber threats. Availability
Intel Assured Supply Chain for Greater Transparency Intel also introduced the Intel Assured Supply Chain (ASC) programme, a new initiative that ensures a digitally traceable manufacturing process for select Core Ultra (Series 2) chips, boosting transparency and reliability in the silicon supply chain.
