Welcome to Devliqly! These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our services. By engaging with Devliqly, you agree to comply with these terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services.
Devliqly provides professional technical services, including Web Development, AI Development, Game Development, SEO, and Graphic Design. These Terms outline the rights and responsibilities of both Devliqly and the client.
We offer a range of services, including but not limited to:
• Custom Website and Web Application Development (Frontend & Backend)
• AI Development and Automation Solutions
• Game Development (2D, 3D, and Web-based games)
• UI/UX and Graphic Design
• SEO Optimization & Digital Marketing
• Google Business Profile Optimization
• Ad Campaign Management
Our services are tailored to the specific requirements of each client.
Devliqly provides professional technical services, including Web Development, AI Development, Game Development, SEO, and Graphic Design. These Terms outline the rights and responsibilities of both Devliqly and the client.
Regular updates and prototypes are shared for feedback. Clients are expected to provide timely feedback to avoid project delays.
Final project delivery is done upon successful testing and client approval. Any post-delivery modifications are subject to additional costs unless otherwise agreed.
25% of the total project cost is due upon presentation of the first working prototype. The remaining balance will be paid in agreed-upon milestones or upon final project completion.
Payments can be made via bank transfer, UPI, or other agreed-upon methods. All invoices must be cleared within the stipulated due date to avoid delays.
Payments made are non-refundable unless Devliqly fails to deliver the agreed-upon scope. If the client decides to terminate the project, payments already made will not be refunded.
• Provide clear and complete project requirements before commencement.
• Ensure timely feedback and approval of deliverables.
• Make payments as per the agreed schedule to avoid project halts.
• Obtain necessary permissions/licenses for content, third-party
assets, or APIs used in the project.
Devliqly retains ownership of all work-in-progress until full payment is received. Upon final payment, the client gains full rights to the delivered project, excluding third-party tools or licensed assets.
We reserve the right to showcase completed projects in our portfolio unless explicitly stated otherwise by the client.
Both parties agree to keep confidential information private and not disclose it to third parties. Sensitive business information shared by the client will be protected under strict confidentiality policies.
A fixed number of revisions will be included based on the project agreement. Post-delivery support is available for a limited time, after which additional support will be chargeable. Any feature enhancements beyond the agreed scope will be treated as a new project or an additional cost.
Devliqly is not responsible for third-party service failures, hosting issues, or software bugs beyond our control. We do not guarantee search engine rankings or ad campaign results. Any damages resulting from misuse or unauthorized modifications of the project are not our liability.
Either party may terminate the project if the other party fails to meet obligations. Devliqly reserves the right to terminate a project if the client breaches these Terms. Any outstanding payments must be settled before termination.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising will first be resolved through mutual discussion. If unresolved, disputes will be handled through arbitration in New Delhi.
Devliqly reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Clients will be notified of significant changes.
